Man, 19, had sex with underage girl after meeting online

A Full-time ns man, who had consensual sex with a 15-year-old girl 2 yrs ago, was jailed for 2 weeks yesterday.

Keivin Liwan Wai Yin was 19 @ the time of the offence in 2009.

Investigations showed tat he got acquainted with the girl in June 2009 thru an online game called Audition. They started chatting online.

Some time betw June 1 & Oct 31 in 2009, he asked the Sec 4 student 2 go 2 his home 2 play computer games.

She agreed. Aft engaging in the cyber activities in the living room, he went 2 the bedroom 2 rest. She joined him on the bed & they had consensual sex. Shortly aft, she initiated a break-up & they stopped contacting each other.

In February last year, she found out tat she was pregnant & lodged a police report.

The court heard tat she had a miscarriage & a DNA profiling showed tat Liwan, now 21, was not the biological father of the foetus.

DPP Edmund Lam told District Judge Ronald Gwee tat Liwan had been placed on 9 months’ probation 4 a similar offence in 2008, & a jail sentence would be appropriate.

The maximum penalty 4 carnal connection is 5 years’ jail & a $10,000 fine.

Serial rapist accused of drugging, assaulting women

An alleged serial rapist appeared in court yesterday charged with carrying out a string of sex crimes against women across the island.

Azuar Ahamad, 39, is facing 5 counts of rape, 3 of sexual assault & 14 of molestation.

He is also said 2 hv drugged 4 women, stolen bank cards & been in possession of obscene movies.

His alleged victims were aged betw 20 & 40.

Azuar is said 2 hv drugged the 4 women – causing them 2 lose consciousness – @ different locations such as shopping centres in Bishan & Woodlands.

The alleged sex attacks took place mostly @ budget hotels in areas such as Balestier, Serangoon Road, Pasir Panjang & Lavender Road.

They r said 2 hv happened betw July 2008 & August 2009.

Aft allegedly taking 2 bank cards, Azuar is accused of withdrawing cash fr 3 ATMs, each time taking out betw $200 & $1,000.

Yesterday, the unemployed man was committed 2 be tried in the High Court.

Represented by Mr Suresh Damodara, he indicated tat he intended 2 plead guilty.

A hearing has been fixed 4 his plea 2 be taken on Sept 12.

The penalty 4 rape & sexual assault is up to 20 years in prison as well as a possible fine or caning.

Those convicted of causing hurt by drugging some1 can be jailed 4 up to 10 years & possibly fined or caned.

Outrage of modesty carries a jail term of up to 2 years, or a fine or caning.

The punishment 4 theft is up to 3 years in jail, a fine or both.

A 44-year-old repairman who sexually abused his own daughter for 7 years, starting when she was 10, was on Friday sent 2 jail for 24 years & ordered 2 be caned the maximum 24 strokes.

He 1st raped the girl in the family flat in 2003 when her mother, a houswife, had gone 2 the market, & her siblings were playing downstairs.

In 2006, when she was 1 month shy of 13, he took her 2 Bedok Reservoir on the pretext of going fishing, but instead raped her @ the Bedok Reservoir Park.

Last year, when the girl wanted 2 follow her mother 2 go 2 her grandmother's hse, the man told her 2 stay @ home 2 clean the house. While she was washing the toilet, he raped her.

Two charged with paying for sex with underage girls

2 men were charged yesterday with paying 4 sex with underage Vietnamese girls.

Han Yam Meng, 34, is said 2 hv handed over $150 for the sexual services of a 17-year-old, while Peter Gerald Chang Liang Chieh, 43, is accused of giving a 16-year-old $100.

Their alleged offences were said 2 hv taken place separately in Geylang.

Han, a printing technician, allegedly had paid sex with the girl @ a hotel in June, the court heard. He has a pre-trial conference scheduled 4 Sept 5.

Chang, a computer technician, is accused of abusing the other girl @ an address in Lorong 28 in May. He will be back in court on Aug 29.

Both men had their bail extended. The court ordered them not 2 approach the girls.

Anyone convicted of having commercial sex with a person under 18 can be jailed 4 up to 7 years, fined, or both.

The law came in2 effect in February 2008.

Learn from this case: -
1) Try not to bring gal to hotel - reason: IC can be tracked
2) Try go to her place or other place, not our ( Man ) house - at least she don't know where u stay.
3) Try not to give ANY contact, handphone, name card, etc
4) Try not to take ANY photo with her by using HER HP
5) After fxxk her, try to get out of her asap before she wake up

Don't be too drunk more than the gal, if you can do all 5 things mentioned, I think the risk will be very low.

Teen, neighbour had sex with 13-year-old girl

A 40-year-old man & his teen neighbour had sex with an underaged girl in a lorry aft she got drunk on orange juice with vodka last year.

The teenager, now 17, & girl, now 14, were fr the same secondary school & used 2 date. A few days aft their break up, the 2 students met with the boy's 40-year-old neighbour & hung out near Kranji Camp on 21 April, The Straits Times reported.

Aft having 2 drinks, which were supplied by the man, the girl grew tipsy & wanted 2 stop but was encouraged by the man 2 drink more. She later threw up & passed out, drifting in & out of consciousness.

The man & teenager then moved the girl 2 the back of the lorry, under the man's suggestion. The man later told the teenager 2 hv sex with the girl but he refused & laid down 2 sleep @ the back of the lorry.

When he woke up, he saw his neighbour having sex with his unconscious schoolmate. The 40-year-old man again asked the teenger 2 hv sex with the girl & tis time, he did. The girl remained passed out.

Later, the man drove both students back 2 the girl's home but she complained tat she couldn't get up & was left sleeping in the back of the lorry.

Both students made it back 2 school the next morning but the girl's mother had already filed a missing persons report when her daughter did not return home the day b4.

The truth later emerged tat the girl had gone drinking with her ex-bf & his neighbour, & had sex with them while intoxicated.

The teenager has pleaded guilty 2 having sex with a minor involving penetration. The sentence is expected 2 be passed on 12 December, aft a probation report comes in.

He claimed he was high on drugs when the incident happened & he acted out of fear 2wards his 40-year-old neighbour, CNA reported.

4 his crime, the teenager could be jailed up to 10 years & fined.

saw tis fr the internet(sg academy of law judgment-unreported & reported), with regards 2 the details of the trial.

The prosecution called 14 witnesses 2 the stand,these witnesses included the 23 year old victim, her mother, her 2 friends, another lay witness, 2 docs fr KK hospital, 2 rep fr Starhub, 1 rep fr Singtel, Dr Wee Keng Poh who is a forensic pathologist, 2 mata officers & the IO of the case.

The court had sentence the accused to a term of 7 yrs’ imprisonment with 8 strokes of the cane. The accused, being dissatisfied, is now appealing against his conviction & sentence. He is now on bail pending appeal.

men better think twice ... with their head above shoulder b4 they use their small head 2 do stupid things.

Martial arts instructor charged with rape of student - Jan 13, 2011

HE was the instructor of the martial arts club in a secondary school, & she, a Secondary 1 student, was a new club member.

A month aft she joined the club, the 41-year-old married father of 2 asked the 13-year-old 2 be his galfriend.

They becom physically intimate & had sex in his car. They even went 2 a temple 2 solemnise their 'marriage', & addressed each other as lao gong (husband in Mandarin) and lao po (wife).

All this was related by prosecutors in the High Court yesterday, the 1st day of the man's trial on 3 counts of statutory rape & 4 counts of sexual exploitation.

The alleged offences took place between February 2007 & May 2007.

The man, now 45, is denying the allegations. He is defended by Mr Martin Decruz, & will rely on a home video shot by 1 of his disciples as an alibi 4 2 of the charges..

Girl should say "no" from beginning, and body language also must be "no". Not until very high then say "no", bitch!!
