No matter what the rate is, once u reach vn, u still have to change. Be it 16000 or 17000

if you click on my signature, Vietcom bank rate...you will noticed 16,764.17....so money changer in hcm should be around 16400 - 16500...ask bro shysaint....who is now in HCM...wait for him to reply....

haha...you can change at cho ben thanh goldsmiths shop...if they are closed then change at money changer along the nguyen hue after you turn out from nam khi khii ghia...or some of the 4 or 5 star hotels...

As I touch down here on tet day 1 night and also with my wife n bb, did not went to my favorite wordsmith at cbt. The guess tet, may not open.

So I changed at airport .... Rate on 23 Jan , 2040 hrs sgd $1 to 16,131 vnd.

If bros find it too low for your liking, just remember it's tet period, also not many opens. If dun have then change at the hotel, sure have ! y

Some goldsmith shops already open 2 days ago. but rates will remain low until monday when the banks open for biz. The buy-sell rate difference is wider during this 9 days.

Yeah man. Rates damn shitty. Changed at goldsmith for 16250 and that's the best rate. Most doing only 16150.
