Even bangla know how to install and test glass fiber optics. Dun know how to do command prompt, nvm. Got CECAs network engineer to video call on site. So expert in mechanical is a necessity to get part of the work done but it is not a job requirement.

The demand will always be there. The problem is the supply. We are already stuck with the same batch for 2 months. Unless Singapore opens up the country fully will not be easy to find foreign FLs here.

What talking u? Re-opening flights does not mean SG is letting them in. And who wants to be quarantine for 14days upon arrival into SG n it's not cheap to pay for the quarantine..

Fast Track travel for CHN residents don't need 14-days quarantine. Need testing on arrival and stay isolated for 1-2 days only.

Pple of selected countries are allowed to come in without 14 days quarantines provided they have been in the country for more than 14 days and must be tested.
