Because of scams, stalls that sell prepaid(pre reg) cards are monitored very strictly.
Even if you have one, it maybe safer to literally remove card fm phone or battery fm phone after using. And use it with a phone that has no connections to you.
I am just more cautious type.

I don't have the card myself, used to have.
Now too lazy to go try and find again, card died pre covid, now just meh.
