I drove-in quite a few times at night (for night parties).

Driving into Sentosa after mid-night is alright. You are not allow to zoom past the gantry and if you do so, the police will take immediate action.

As for walk-in, 'yes', it is free after 9p.m but not for four-wheels cars.

That place is "heaven"! Occasionally you can see thong bikini girls at some beaches, topless suntanning (lying down not exposing), bouncing bikini-top babes rolling blading and etc.
