after reading the comments from a few bro...
i do think the requirements i set were too high...
to help the FL and also allow bros here to have a go with her...
i shall now revise the requirements...

here are the new requirements:

Condition 1: Bros with MIN rept pts of 50 AND MIN power pts of 1

Condition 2: Bros with MIN rept pts of 30 AND MIN power pts of 2

Condition 3: Bros with MIN rept pts of 20 AND MIN power pts of 3
