I hope I can explain a few things here.

Firstly, PI charged by the hour.
If you want someone to work at those hours, they will probably charge more.

Even if you have photo, it would not prove anything other than they went into the condo together and came out together. Even if they hold hands cannot prove adultery. In fact, photo not good enough, get video is better.

For submission to court, you will need a report of what was conducted and what was observed. They usually want a PI report (PI have licence) but for this instance, you do not have it. Her lawyer will probably challenge the evidence you have and you will have a long drawn divorce to battle.

Lastly, even if you can prove. Adultery is only the reason for the divorce. It will not have much impact on the division of matrimonial asset in the later part of the divorce.

Just to clarify a few things, to stop all the speculation and nonsense.

a. Dont need to geykiang and come in to inform me whether photos would be admissible in court or not. I am well aware it will NOT be and I have no plans to go to court.

b. I posted the terms as such, so if you feel it is unfair or not good enough, too bad. Nobody forcing you to take the job.

c. I have already found a bro who is very nice & helpful and willing to help me.
