12 to 14 day period is for women who has normal 28 days menses cycle.
Others may have irregular cycle and it will be hard to determine the fertile period.

If she has normal cycle, go see doctor and get some pills which will help her boost her production of eggs. Then during the 12 to 14 days fertile period, make as much love as possible.
