Meet up will not ask you to transfer first. That has never happened to me. If she insists on you transferring first, it's likely a scam.

I think locanto full of crap and nonsense, all with fake profiles. Guys are real, girls are not, I ever heard of scammers having a "number" that can only message and cant call, possibly blocking your calls totally as a blocked number and only talking via text
