I don't think these hotel will provide massage with extra service, given that prostitution is illegal in Japan. That's why Japan comes up with so many fancy stuffs like Delivery Health, Soapland, Pink Saloon blablabla. I doubt there is any, but chances are I might be wrong.

In general, Delivery Health (aka Outcall "massage") do NOT accept foreigners because of their play "rule" (if you summarize it, it comes down to no intercourse, which is illegal in Japan. Though, from what I gather, intercourse do happen in delivery health but it is a big mystery for me for now.) Where did your friend brought you? Is it Soapland or Delivery/Este Health or Pink Salon?

As explained before, they are rather different. You will probably find most AV stars in Soapland, since they are the most expensive and rather high percentage will accept foreigner (though it is up for the shop owner to decide to accept you or not.) You can actually google which store have AV stars in them, or you can send me message on a few stars you are interested in and I can check them up for you , no promise tho.

I don't think you really need connection to bonk AV stars, apart from those not in Soapland business. I can only give my review on soapland (but again it is relative depending on establishment, girls and the bros), I feel in general, they try hard to please in Soapland. Just like if you enter a branded fashion store in Japan, you will really feel that they try hard to please. My experience and my other friend in general were good, no photo shop, some better than pics and try hard to please, just don't expect much from the "soap" part or nuru gel whatever.
