Great GF / sacrifice. Many good advice given. Unfortunately not only happened in stories - my PSLE essay has similar story line.

Life is always full of ups and downs - losing a loved one is probably the worst. Sweet memories stay - life has to go on. My condolences.

Yes, I knew you are very sad.

I have a friend went through the same thing as you. Exactly the same, her girlfriend was there with him before enlistment and ORD. His girlfriend passed away suddenly due to blood illness. My friend nearly gone crazy. After that, his life changed after the incident, he finally walked out of the shadow after a few years of struggling and later became a pilot. If you want, I can give you his contact.

Anyway, I recently came across some posts in a lady's forum written by a psychic（not temple medium）. He can see the spirits of dead. No exaggeration. If you believe, and wish to talk your girlfriend, consult him.

Also, I hope you can live strong and I knew the struggling period is hard and lots of fond memories.

Sorry to hear this unexpected sad story. Am sure anybody is umable to accept. Time will heal your sadness & wound but life still has to move on. You said life is short, why not put your grieve behind reminisce the good times during that 5 years & her last 6 months spent together. Am sure many & endless FOND Memories left in Australia.

Sounds like a drama and I really do pray that this is a drama. It is very heart wrenching to have a love one leaving. I cant say I know how it feels but a sure thing is that its torturing as u feel helpless and watching her life deplete day by day. On a bright side, u spent every minute with her during her remaining time. U have to pick urself up and move on. Think of what she would feel if she was able to see her deep in ur sorrows. After about 6 months of constant pestering her family , her sister finally told me that my girlfriend had been diagnosed with leukemia . It was a total shock to me . I couldn't accept what her sister told me.
She wanted to breakup with me because she doesn't want me to be upset and cry over her when she's gone. She would rather play the "bad guy" role and want me to forget about her .

I resigned my job and flew over to Australia to find her .. She was alr all bald (due to chemo and radiation ). Well.. We cried when we saw each other . What kind of man am I to leave my girlfriend in her most difficult moment of her life.

Well, cut things short , I spend the last 6 months with her travelling around and just spend time with each other .

She passed away on December 2012 after fighting cancer for nearly 2 years.

Friends , really do cherish your love ones . Your wife / gf. Life is short and really do spend time together .
I'm currently still griefing over her.. Hopefully I will be able to move on soon...

Although your gf had left this world, she will live forever in your memories. Life is such that all good things will come to an end one day. She closed her last chapter in life for now but a new chapter will unfold very soon. Instead of living in sorrow each day which will also breaks her heart, you can channel. strength and support to her by devoting merits so that she will have enough credits to offset whatever mistakes she had while living. Any surplus will also help her to gain better rebirth or being entitled to gain entry into the kingdom of GOD/ western paradise. We had all sinned, and we will not go to heaven just because everybody say we are going to. But I am not encouraging you to do expensive rituals and have expensive funeral. Instead, you can do "sensible" life liberation of animals (to be slaughtered) for her and live on bravely, performing good deeds (on her behalf) as you continue your journey of life without her. She will be better off in where she is right now and be grateful of what you had done for her.
