gather another reason why av shut it down this 1637 okt, was becuz of illegal partnership issues...that chap apparently ran up huge gambling debts n to set off apparently got other unregistered partners...disputes occurred n apparently av found out, investigated, amingst other things, n the outcome was the closure of the hse...av takes a serious view on these type of transactions...

also gather other okts now v wary becuz quite afew also hv gambling debts...n most prolly now hv illegal partners in their hses...if av investigates the outcome shall prolly be like 1637 dead ducks...

Yes many years ago when OKT Lily work for him...

His 2033 was closed by AV for 1 year because HO Chuan was caught gambling there...

even though WL are here for money, i have encountered some who are genuinely here due to problems back home (visited them and checked their claims when i went to china for work). i think it is only human that we can have some mutual respect and empathy for one another.
