i havent combed OT for quite a while but what i can remember are the damages can be anything from $100-$250 not inclusive of room which you have to open later.Very often they would bring you to balestier area.I doubt the damage has gone up and down by lots.

Lastly i use to go OT when the night is quiet,sometimes can get lower price
