Yes I am.

I am also taking Glucosamine Chondroitin M.S.M. , a dietary supplement, for healthy joints and ankles.

My eldest sister has taken it for a few months and she noticed the ameliorating effects of the product. All her creaking joints that used to give her much discomfort and pain have subsided considerably. Now my mum is also taking it for her aching joints and bad knee.

The product is good but fcuking expensive though...

One bottle of 180 tablets retails at $165!!!! More than a 150 bonk!!!!

Yup i m for real. : )Ask the original brudders around here. Was in this forum for the past 3 years. Always ready for FL contacts etc. I remember some of the frequent people here: Doomas, Cuntking etc. Nope i dont think i have high standards.

I feel a form of clarification is in order here.

If you talk abt the forum of 3 yrs ago, it was the former Delphi Forum which has been dissolved.

Doomas, Kaixin & many dignitaries were from the old forum who have either come back here using their old nicks or have registered new ones.

Cuntking and I are NOT related. I believe his existence came about only after the start of this new forum. I am from the old Delphi Forum- Sam's forum and have resurrected myself in this new forum as well.

Hope that clears some misconception,

yup i was referring to the old delphi forums. i thought that the layouts were much easier to read back then. And there were many interesting topics like FL reports, Bintan/Batam trips etc. Hey no worries about clearing the misconceptions. u got fl contacts? thanks in advance

glad to hear that.. sounds like a product i will need too [inclusive of my parents].
now days are passed with whatever and whichever works..

look on the bright side, stronger knees means better support for your bodyweight.

begining to wonder is it because of bad posture and wear and tear on the bed that gave me weak knees.. hahaha

the other problems I face is 'protein overload' which i have to rely on Mr Left or Mr Right to relieve regularly.. Wish it was Miss Centerpiece Cat though..

Glad to hear you are back to health, and getting better. Maybe it's teatime again soon... with bru Hustler if he can take the temptation to be around the area [which is a constant battle for me]..

I know how is bru cuntking having his calcium supplement still.. hahaha .. wish i could do that soon, before osteoprerosis sets in...
