Ask ICA recently, most of the time security deposit is not required.
but wait if she kenna caught, will AV ask u to lim coffee and fined u a sum of $5000?
Becoz my fren kenna caught and was fined $5000, not worth it

Might be that the girl or girls he sponsored got involved in more than offering sex as FL. As a rule, if you dun know the person you are sponsoring, dun stick your head out. ICA can blacklist you if the girl is caught working (in any industry), or they will also collect evidence against you if the girl is caught committing crime. Its a responsiblity nobody can afford unless they are in total control of the person they sponsor. Ironically, 'total control' of another person (local or foreigner alike) may constitute a crime by itself, i.e. restricting freedom.

Usually the fine comes after the court. If your friend still need to go to the court after paying a fine, that means it's for more than one charge, and the second one is probably more severe.

My PRC girlfriend's 2 year social visit VISA is going to expire in a few months time. Anyone knows can VISA be extended or have to reapply? If reapply, should it be done after expired?

Have to reapply, but thru her agent as it's not a 2 year social visit visa, it's a business social visit visa. If u apply for her, max is 9 weeks visa.

No waiting period whatsoever. But try not to do it immediately . Reason is that even though there's no waiting period, if the immigration officer see's a pattern that they recog, such as in/out is always 30 days etc, they have every right to deny entry or give a 7 day chop.
Always put yourself in the immigrations officers shoes. What type of business requires one to stay 30 days in sg & then come back again to sg after 1 day? Who is rich enough to stay in sg for 9 weeks & then come back again to sg to do shopping?
