Can buy land in LOS if you know the lobang...... not necessary have to put under your wife's name or use thai proxy.

Even if change passport also cannot. I know one fl did that and still got rejected

The proper way is need to have baby with the gal.
Go either Thai embassy in sg or sg embassy in bkk to get the gal’s name deleted from black list. Forgot is which one.
