But this raises the bigger issue of the MLs falsely telling their OKTs what they can/will do to the customers so that the OKTs can write about the type(s) of services the MLs give in his website. If the ML can be dishonest in the type(s) of services she gives to customers, then what other area(s) of dishonesty is she capable of?
