The exchange rate at the Katong Parkway Parade two money changers really sucks big Time.

They're coning customers at 5.05 exchange rate.

Avoid changing any money with them.

10 nov 1300hrs rate at PPC 5.11

Fed plan to issue US$600b of treasury bonds, which weakens the dollar even further. Looks like RMB will depreciate as well!

Just 2 days ago, the exchange rate is still SGD1 : RMB5.10
So decided to change SGD$3K yesterday, but the rate has drop to SGD1 : RMB5.06. Just 1 night, i lost rmb120.
Informed by the money changer that the USD is getting stronger. So may not be able to get good rate soon.
