LOL. Going end of April. From HB, nothing more than 25k. Range for me is between 15k ~ 25k. Not advisable from BC as the playground is mostly around Nagoya area.

Bro, if you taking taxi from within the harbour, just take those at counter save all ur trouble, fixed rates depending where u go. If from other place to harbour, theres alot of meter taxi around now. But maybe there is a min charge besides the initial charge? Any bro here can advise how they operate?

Minimum charge for taxi is 30k rupiah, even if it's 500m.. Usual rate from harborbay bay to Nagoya area is 45k if u take from taxi counter. If you are pinching pennies, walk about 100metres to Circle K and u can get cabs there for 40k to Nagoya area. But hey, what's 5k rupiah...??
