Tonight Channel 8 10pm news reported Singapore has 30 confirmed cases. Latest 2 patients had no recent travel history to China. Case #29 is 41 years old who saw two GPs and admitted to Mt E Novena. Case #30 is 27 years old who attended a private business meeting in a local hotel. Dr Li WenLiang, 34, the China doctor who first alerted the public about the Wuhan virus, was himself infected & passed away on 7.2.2020 @ 0258 hrs, leaving behind wife and 5-year old child, RIP. 563 deaths in China and more than 28,000 infected. Wash our hands with soap and water frequently. Take supplements like vitamins to boost our immunity. Have sufficient rest and sleep. Stay safe.

Likely that Patient #29 is in fact a customer of the two "Wuhan Chicken" - Patient #12 or her "travelling companion", Patient #18

Initially it was reported that Patient #12 was travelling with her "family". Bullshit. What kind of "family" will come to Singapore and stay at 3 different Geylang hotels.

If more and more unexplained cases of men catching the virus without any apparent link to any other cases, then I am sure at some point someone will ask Patients #12 and Patient #18 to identify whether they recognize any of the men.....

I pity the customers of this PHV that kena quarantined or LOA. Many of them were probably thinking that PHV s safer than MRT or Bus and hence willing to spend more just to be safer...

at the end of the day, yes, take the necessary precautious but no need to freak out, from what i reckon this coronavirus outbreak is already a community acquired virus at least in china, and i wont be surprise if it becomes one in sg.
