What I heard is that there is a casino opening in Bintan Center. No too sure about the rumour. Also rumour about the opeing dates and so on. And another rumor that Barelang( the island off Batam) is opening a genting style casino as well.

Just a reminder. A rumor only. No concrete news.

The proposed casino in Lagoi is located at the old Wisma BRC besides the ferry terminal in Bintan.It's undergoing renovations now...
The one at Barelang is still pending approval even though the zone is slated as tourist area as in Lagoi..

Wa liao. until now batam casinos still no open. This is the longest closure since the casinos started sprouting in batam. Chiam liau!! Punters all very sianz got no nearby casino to chiong to. Good news for leisure world and virgo casino ships la. But batam pple all very chiak lat now and means many pple hungry. Could mean translate to higher incidence of crime rates there too hor. Bros. going batam be careful!!

ahya.no more free lobang in batam liao with casino closure. In the past can go counter 11 at Harbourfront, pay $20 can get refund in planet casino, still got pple clear immigration for u and also free bus ride to Nagoya and back to Batam Ctr. just hang around casino then claim $20 refund. Also free ferry to Nongsa if going to Purajaya casino of also to Waterfront casino. Nowaways no such kangtao hor!!

we just hand itchy only. It help many of the gamblers to save $ too.
But we must symathise for the chinese dealers. They do not get a single pay if the casino is closed down. The longer it close, the poorer they will be.
