Am not too sure of the HC scene in the hotel but what i do know is one HC that has this service which is at Erlizhuang Nanjie (off Dongzhimenwai Dajie 东直门外大街). It's called Huayitian Water World. The price is 688 for their "amorous" massage. Beijing very hard to navigate so i think you should call the place before you go - 8966 6111.

Never been though a friend told me about it. Do write an FR if you go cos i pass it almost everyday to work and really curious what it's like inside. The front is damn gaudy, like roman columns etc.
