600rmb for one shot is very expensive leh. i will check with wang hong why she up the price now to 800 rmb overnight. maybe because she thought singaporeans are rich so can afford more. if you have gotten the phone number of the girl, you can call her directly next time, then she will not have to pay the mami 200rmb as commission.

my principle is always not to pay under, but either over. we have money but dun want to spoil the market. it's good to have some cheap fun, so can have more fun mah - this is call value for money.

anyway, the girl here are normally very innocent and friendly. unlike those lao jiao ones at expensive ktvs who are called princess, some of them really think they are princess and act like princess - high up lor.

one of the best enjoyment in budget ktv is to find a good and innocent girl and develop gf relationship with her. you will get a lot more than what money can pay for. good thing about wang hong is that she always source for new girls from their home town, so you can find many new girls here all the time.

When I was there 2 weeks ago(1st visit) there, Wang Hong also quoted me 600 and 800. I told her no deal. She brought it down to 600 overnight.

Her reason was that the girls are asking for more so she has to ask for more.

wah this is worrying. for bros cheonging budget ktvs, we must all agree to keep our pricing policy - 600rmb for overnight. if we start to be generous to mami or the girls, they will expect more and more ... like our local okts, now some thai girls are priced at S$200.

i will talk to wang hong and ask her to manage their expectations, else we will go to other budget ktvs.

Bros, i've just called wang hong and ask her why she charged bro wonderer 800 rmb for overnight yesterday. she said many of her girls are asking for more now because the market rate is higher now and other places are charging 1200-1500mb.

she keeping apologizing saying she didn't know bro wonderer is my friend. she promised that all my friends will get 600 rmb for overnight, though the market rate at itaewon is 800rmb now. itaewon has more than 200 girls now, more than half of them are less than 6 months old there.

Arrived yesterday morning in Beijing on the red-eye and straight to meetings. So by 7pm or so, I was dead tired already since I didn't get any sleep on the plane. So went back hotel, freshen up, and go for dinner. Finished dinner at about 9pm and had originally wanted to try out my luck at Itaewon recommended by Mark, but got hijacked by a friend to Regal Club (Chinese name: Ye Yan) at No. 4 Gong Ti Bei Lu, Block 22, just behind Tai Ping Yang Bai Huo. If you are behind Tai Ping Yang Bai Huo and you look around, you should be able to see a red signage in Chinese caligraphy .. that's the place. URL is

According to my friend, this place was set up only recently. It is a usual KTV, gearing towards to high-class side. So the decorations and rooms are nice. The selection and quality of girls is however, not great. Perhaps because by the time I got there, it was about 10pm already. The mami paraded her wares 4 times and I was still unable to find someone I like. So no choice, just sit around. By the way, there are two categories of girls. Those that wear the "uniform" black cheongsum with a purple flower is more expensive at 600RMB. Those with no uniform are 300RMB. The uniform ones are not necessarily better.

After a while, my friend brought back a girl for me, which he saw in the corridor. Luckily she is more or less my type. So I didn't need to spend a miserable evening Ended the session very late and told my girl I want to take her back, and she agreed. I didn't ask her nor the mami the price.

Back in the hotel, this girl from Liaoning behaves like a girlfriend but she is very green. Got to give her instructions on how to please. But all in all, the entire experience is quite nice. Paid her 1200RMB (for overnite) + 300RMB (for KTV) + 100RMB (Taxi home).
