Ah Kai disappeared from class nearing the end of the day, and when the final class ended Ah Kai returned with his small group of underlings waiting outside. Kai came and asked me to go after talking to Glenn, I believe her too asked Glenn to follow him.

It was strange that during my days, if there was a fight. Even those that were not involve would follow.( So just go there and see show)That day there was about 20 of us that made our way towards the opposite hdb void deck and amongst them was Gloria.

On the way, Kai asked if I wanted to fight him or should he do the honors.

Me: Mai siao lah, bo li eh daichi ( Don't crazy can, this is non of your business)

Kai: KNN he bao toh Kia ( told on me), lim bei Xiang dulan. ( I hate this the most)

Me: forget it, let me settle.

When we reached the void deck, nothing much was said, as the crowd gathered and cheers started coming from the "spectators" as we stood in front of each other, it was messy, I had some fight experience by now but Glenn had non. he swung his fist at me whenever he had the chance, I blocked most of his punches and I swept him to the ground.

I did not enjoy the fight and soon found it meaningless, he came at me after picking himself up throw a punch at my face, he got me and I really did not wish to fight anymore. I conceded defeat and Ah Kai came to me asking me why?

Me: Sua lah, (forget it) bo yi si ( meaningless)

I took my bag and walked of Jeers from the crowd can be heard as I left, come to think about it now, I didn't lose anything despite conceding defeat instead I gained more than I thought.

Kai followed me and I made my way to the nearest public phone, where I paged the girls telling them a lie, that the class was asked to stay back by our teacher. Kai smiled and used the same reason as he paged Stephanie.

Kai went off with his underlings, I think they went to serangoon and I went to the bus stop to take my bus. My peers were looking at me and I knew what they were discussing about, I did not really care and I soon got onto a bus headed to Bishan.

I met the girls that afternoon, as I was late they were already at Mos burger having their lunch. I joined the after listen to the voicemail, and Felicia started talking to me.

Me: yah lor, she like so angry like that, also not my fault.

Felicia giggled and slapped my hand: You hor, she is not angry, she just heart pain your backside going to be beaten (屁股开花）

Felicia said made me fell better, she boarded the bus and I went home.

Nothing much happen that day and before u slept I braced myself for tomorrow. Thinking about what Ah Kai said. Little did I know what was to come was something more than just a public caning.

I have found this thread 2 days ago and i was addicted to it. Created an acc just to tell you how good your story is. Intro all my friends, they all also addicted.

The next morning I did not go to school early, I was somehow nervous and took abit of time. I reached school and went to Mr Foo's office. I knocked the door and I opened it. I saw Glenn and a auntie inside as Mr foo ask me to wait outside for a while, loud voices could be hear and it was soon made clear to me that thaw auntie was Glenn's Mother.

They soon exited Mr Foo's office, and Glenn's Mother pointed at me asking Glenn if I was the boy and he nodded.

Glenn's Mother: one look and I know you are a hooligan, how dare you beat up my Son. Where are your parents? I want to talk to them.

Me: My parent not here, Mr Foo also never ask them to come.

Glenn's Mother gave me a slap: This will teach you to talk back, and beat my Son. ( if I knew my rights then sure I have her up for battery or VCH)

Mr Foo came out and saw everything, he asked Glenn's Mother to leave and told her she could not raise her arms on other ppl's Kids.

I smirked at Glenn, I gave him a new nickname: Mummy's boy.....

It was the morning assembly and Glenn and me stood on the side with Mr Foo, there was a table placed in the center just below the flag pole. Yes, that was the informal indication to the students someone was getting caned today.

After the national anthem, Mr Foo gave a bloody Long speech about fighting in school. And his conclusion? Anyone that fight will end up like us.

I was called up and Mr Foo handed me a thick textbook, for a moment I was happy I thought put textbook sure not pain one, Mr Foo You best ah wayang only.

I stuff as much of the textbook onto the back of my shorts and I placed my hand on the table. Mr Foo pulled the textbook up, and tapped my butt lightly with the cane.

I nodded my head and and braced myself bitting my teeth together, Mr Foo swung his cane, Swoot... Pak... Damn It was painful.

Mr Foo asked me where he hit and I show him, He clear me and I walked towards Glenn it was his turn. He took longer than me and soon it was over, he too did not let out a cry.

But when he came back he started tearing I could not help it and said: why pain huh, need you mummy is it?

He starred at me and I gave him a smirk: you want to fight now huh, or your mummy coming to fight for you?

Our little rivalry began, he started to piss me off and I will always remember that slap from his Mother.

I notice Gloria has no tie on today and she was not wearing her prefect badge.

Me: I ok, but why ur prefect badge and tie you not wearing?

Gloria: I am being suspended, but just temporary.

Ah Kai: Wah Yang, she get suspended for you leh. (Ah kai couldn't make things worst)

The teacher entered, and Gloria told me she will look for me later and went off.
