I alighted at Raffles Place. The crowd just zoom passed me as people are heading places. Not used to the crowd here. Found a small eatery at Clifford Centre, stop by to have coffee and toast.

A tap on my shoulder, follow by a greeting.

“bro what u doing here ?” .... a man voice called out.

Me “ Hey Suresh (page 20, #297) what u doing here ? “

Suresh “ bro i waving at you from just now, you gave me the blank stare?”

Me “ yeah deep in thgs ! ... U free?”

Suresh “ i need to deliver this. I see u shortly abt 15 mins?”

Me “ ok i wait for u here”

He came down within 10 minutes.

Me “hey btw how are the shares doing?”

Suresh turn his head left and right to look at the surrounding.

S : “ lets talk in the car ?”

I got his hint.

Suresh drove off and we head back to Marina South old car park.

S “bro are you the only one not knowing what is going on?”

Me “what ?”

S “the company is being investigated!”

Me “ U sure? “

S “i have cash out the shares two weeks before; we have more than enough
bro. I sms u bro, u nvr reply me at all”

S “ U nvr check your bank account ? The money should be in already!!!”

Me “ i just got back from Sabah “

i took the MRT and alighted at Commonwealth Station. Saw a few estate agents give out flyers at the exit of the station.

Agent : “ Sir new launch take a look pls.”

Took a copy and went on walking while looking at the flyer.

A though suddenly strike me. I took out my HP and called Jane.

Me : “ hey i need some help i got a lobang for you. Got a old apartment for sale at River Valley. U keen to take up a not”

Jane “whoa, of course lah, River Valley leh”

After giving her more information, Jane informed that she will place an advertisement tomorrow.

After half an hour Jane called me back.

Jane “Hey u idiot ! playing prank on me is it ?”

Me “ what u talking about?”

Jane “ this place u talk about is due for enbloc lah”

Me “ So? “

Jane “ So ?? so who in the right frame of mind will sell ?”

Me “ I will want to let go, any reasonable offer i will accept”

Jane “ you?’

Me : “ call me when u got buyer keen to view’

I cut her off and started warming up for my motorcycle.

I rode my bike to the Harley Davidson showroom off Alexandra Road. Off the ignition of my bike and head straight in to the show room. The sale person gave me a weird look. Maybe they thg i was a despatch rider delivering some document.

Me “ I am keen to get this bike, pointing to the smallest bike on display HD Roadster 883. “

This immediately got his attention.

Sale Guy “Sir this is not the latest model...”

Me “ I don’t need the latest , this would do just fine !”

The sales guy started smiling.

Sales G “sir this is our last unit for clearance. We are giving out one year free insurance and road tax.”

Me “ i will be paying cash , give me a better deal my friend”

He started to punch the calculator he had in his hand.

Sales G “ Best price for you !”

He turns the screen towards me and shows me the figure.

Me “ok deal, i will pay the deposit now, plus i want to rent a similar model for the next few days”

Sales G “sure this way for the paper work pls”

The thrill of riding one of this HD machine is a dream long ago. Got a few stares as I pass by bus stops and at the red light junction.
I almost forgot to fill up the tank. i tap on the bike signal indicator and filter into Esso Kisok off Jehervios Rd. Help myself to the pump.

A loud exhaust sound fill the petrol station as I saw a heavy modified MX5 open top parked just behind me at the next pump. A lady came out and told the pump attendant to fill it up. Our eyes met. She started the conversation

Stranger Lady “Nice bike”

Me “thank you, heavy mod exhaust u have there”

She smiled and head in to the payment counter. I timed myself well, knowing that the fill of petrol into her car tank will take some time. Walked in slowly, observing that she is browsing the shelves. I pretend to walk around too. Slowly i head towards the counter with cash payment in my hand.

She came direct behind me and Q.

I turned back.

Me “ ladies first”

“Thank you” ... as she step up and took my place.

She signed her credit card, took her stuff and makes a quick turn.

I had already positioned myself at her blind spot.

She bums into me and drop her stuff.

Lady : “ i am so sorry.,,,”

Me “ is my fault”..... bending down to help her stuff.

Taking a look at her name on the credit card.

Me “ there u go Suzie, i am so sorry again”

Suzie “thank you ....” she paused.

Me “ Charles !”

“See you Chares” ...she stood up and exited the store.

I place the cash on the counter and told the cashier

Me “ pump 4 , 30 dollars”

Dashing out of the store and strap on my helmet.

Suzie car roar into action and off she went. I started the bike and gave chase. Knowing River valley road very well, i sped on and caught up with her side by side. Suzie turns her head and smiled before stepping on her gas pedal.I follow the chase and stay closed with her.

We both stop at the next red light.

Me “ coffee ?”

Suize “ next time ? Number ?” ....she stretches her hand out.

I scramble to get an old name card from my wallet and managed to put it into her hand.

Suzie sped off as soon as the lights turn green. I kept my distance and make a right turn at the next junction.

The next day there wasn't much to do. After breakfast , I went to wash the 7 series.

The maid came running out ...

" sorry sir sorry sir I will wash it immediately "

Me " hey hey is ok, I am bore nothing to do . I am going to wash and polish e car.

She still got e worried look on her face.

Me " is really ok, go do yr stuff "

I spend e next two hours on the car . Polishing e car by hand. The handphone rang and it was jane .

JAne " hey later can view e unit at 1 pm , got a couple keen to take a look"

Me " ok "

I finished up and parked e car. Went straight to e fridge and got a cold beer to cool down.
Took a cold shower and got dress . The maid make a simple sandwich for my lunch before I head out. The weather looks good, I therefore opt for my bike instead of taking the Beemer out.
I arrived at the condo 1230hrs. I turned on the air con to cool e place down and check on the lights .

Started to stare at a photo frame with ms V photo in it. I removed it and kept it inside one of the drawer.

My handphone rang.

JAne " we are down stairs "

Me " I am here already #xx-yy.

Jane " we are coming up"

The couple came in while Jane did e talking ...

I greeted them and sat on the sofa .

" u the owner ? " .... The guy asked.

Me " belongs to my Boss , I just help to open e doors for the agent to conduct the viewing "

Ohhhhhhh..... The lady replied back this time.

After ten minutes they were out of the unit.

I locked the main door . Took off my shirt and went to e chiller to have a glass of red.
Finished e glass of wine and head back to e sofa to sleep.The door bell rang.

It was Jane !

Jane " wahhhh.... So sexy Ah u ... Topless

Me " har u still here ? " ..... Looking at my watch

30 mins had already passed by

Jane " yah lah e couple ask this and that ..... Damn long winded. "

Jane forced her way in after pushing me aside.

She sat down to rest .

Jane " not serving me drink arh ? "

Me " help yourself pls , still got half bottle of old red in e chiller "

Jane went ahead and came back with e bottle. She used back my glass.

She broke e silence and asked .

Jane " I did a ownership search , Your name show up !"

Me " erhhhh !!!"

Jane " why did u tell e couple it belongs to your Boss? "

I did not answer. Stood up and grab e wine glass and finished e balance wine in e glass.

Jane " CAN U PLS PUT ON YOUR SHIRT ! " .... She snapped at me

I stood there stunt for a while . Jane started to fidget, crossing her left leg over her right leg. Pulling her tight black skirt into position. Her body language was a gave away.

Me " sorry , I go inside and get dress"

I closed e door but I didn't lock it. I was too lazy to do anything. Went straight to e queen size bed and lay down flat on my chest on e bed.

The room door crack open in a matter of minutes. I pretend to have fallen asleep. I could hear Jane footstep getting louder. The next sound I heard was a sound that usually pleases most man....

It was from Jane skirt !

She adjusted the AC temperature and put the day curtains .

Her hands were soon on my body flipped me over.

Jane " hey big baby , come on sleep properly ..."

Those hands of hers soon were on my belt . She had no difficulty removing my pants and boxer together In one go.

She took her place beside me pulling the sheets over both of our bodies,

Neither of us initiated to get intimate.

We just slept.
