yes,foreigner spouse(LTVP) r allowed to wk in health ctr wif LOC applied by the relevant employer.bt,there r other documentations needed too;police permit,medical screens etc required,to wk in health spa.

Foreigners can work in Cat 1 (accredited by Case Trust) massage establishment but must have a PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION RECOGNISED BY
THE POLICE LICENSING DIVISION i.e

Hi bro, need your advise on some knowledge of this immigration thingy... My ML that I am regular said she is overstay with false working permit. Her passport indicate to stay only 14 days. She said she is "black household" 黑户. May I know what does it mean and the implication? Thanks!

means she's an illegal immigrant,immediate deport after serving sentence. she surrender to the authorities,can plead leniency,otherwise,bad situation.

You mean if kanna caught while going Massage will be in deep shit? Becos she is illegal overstay, I suppose she thought the work permit she paid is true but ended its a false ID. I'm not sure what are the document require on the passport if you are a work permit but I only know it indicate 14 days in Singapore. U mentioned sentence mean jail term? Best solution is to surrender?

Kindly note that if she is an illegal immigrant..... you will up the lorry too for abetment/harbouring if you are caught together with her.

The employee who apply the work permit for her will also kena. If the employee is fake and issue fake work permit then investigation will be extensive and may take a longer wait.

u s customer,notin to worry...wat bro ninja referring is:if u r harbourin her @ ur pl or watever situation.
if she's a victim of som wk-permits scams,she shld report to the relevant authorities,hiding away doesnt help & she'l deem an accomplice to the offence if caught.
wk permit aint reflected on passports,its a seperate id issued by MOM,& usually 2yrs validity.14days,ur 'friend' is on short term pass,she's not even suppose to b employed by any means.

The Directors for the massage centre which employed her will be charged for employing her without valid work permit.

"Severe offences, such as illegal employment of foreign workers, will now be subject to higher penalties including a minimum fine of $5,000, up to a maximum fine of $30,000, and/or a maximum imprisonment term of 12 months, for first-time offenders "

You share more lights now and now I know what kind of shit I'm in. Didn't really know much about work permit and visa, just thought so long see a real passport and look alike work permit, can see immigration stamping on passport is consider valid...

So now she need to plead lenience by aiming at the false company that employed her for the permit? If ICA investigate her case, that mean the white card this thread had been mentioning? What happened next?
