In Fujian is 250-300RMB per document hor, In Chende is 200-300RMB. The standard one is those of booklet form with chinese with english translation. Hope this helps.

It all depend on individuals. Some high-earners may apply both LTSVP and PR as their chances of approval is higher. [It also depends on other criteria] Blue collars with mid salary scale may consider to get her spouse pregnant, or wait for 6 mths to 1 year to apply for PR. So dun rush your PR application, although it's essential.

Havent come to ICA yet , she is still in the process of appying passport.

As u know in China, their govt dept like to push ppl around, most likely they just want 'under table' money. So far today seem to be done, waiting for passport to be ready.
