Browsing thru all these threads.... I like to start to create awareness to all guys here who are out on the prowl sowing their wild oaths and feeling invincible….

And in the mist of my blabbering and gabbering she blurted out very clearly these three words..."You Raped Me." I was taken aback! I was like "huh?" O.k. I understood. Just because she was pissed with me she just lashed out with such an accusation as such to spike me!

Man, I was never that pissed with a woman before but I still remain calculated, calm and cool in the cab. And it's damn bloody obvious that the Chinese cab driver heard it loud and clear.

So to disclaim her accusation of rape. I spoke in a normal tone even I was extremely pissed. I addressed her clear enough that even the cab driver can hear me as such:O.k. Fine, if you say so. Then I supposed you must report it, right? O.k. sure why not. Let’s report this rape of your to the police. We are in a cab and you can always have uncle driving there to divert to the nearest police post or police station instead of heading to Bishan! Yeah why not?! Sure thing, baby. Yeah sure I raped you!”

Then to the cab driving uncle who was obviously listening silently thru out, I spoke to him:”Uncle, drive slowly hor and see if she wants to go police station to report about this rape of hers, can”? “Sorry to trouble you. Oh…by the way I would appreciate very much if you could later also tell the investigating officer that you have witnessed us in a lovey dovey fashion with her in my arms when I flagged your cab at the motel place where we boarded your cab. Sorry arh uncle trouble you a bit hor…” He was silent as well.

Then I went on to her to further counter claim her accusation:” By the way later at the police station, you better make your rape report stand against me o.k. because I wanna see how well your bloody report stand against me when I rolled out the aunty from the motel to the police as my witness who saw us lovingly entered and left her room.”

All the while she sat silent looking at the other way. I was pissed. The uncle carried on and drove on without being instructed by my ex to divert to the nearest police post or station he drove on to Bishan at a normal pace.

Upon reaching my destination at Bishan, I alighted, after leaving a 50 to the uncle and left an advance directive to him just in case she changes her mind. I said:”Thanks arh, uncle. You drive her to Bukit Merah now, and if she changes her mind along the way by all means please drive to the nearest police post or police station. I steady one as I am ready for her.” I swore to this day that after I said my piece, he winked at me sitting at his driver seat in the dark as the dim fare meter light illuminating his acknowledging gesture.

The cab drove off and I took a lift to Roger’s place and bitch for one hour to him about the incident before we did what we do.

The next day she called up my place trying to make peace by:”… eh… you like to… maybe later…. We could er….” I just hung up. I too busy for her crap. This chick is one walking time bomb in my books. No doubt the sex was good. But at the end of it all it is not worth it. Anything, anytime she not happy with she can just use rape as an excuse or weapon to get back at guys. So I stopped seeing her and that’s that.

After this episode with that temperamental girl. I have a simple protocol when it comes to mutual sex besides always having a condom and that is; never allow a woman or girl to have an upper hand over you. If it is consented sex, make sure we are duly disclaimable should she try to use rape accusation to get back at you. But I must say that if it is a “NO!” from her then please duly respect her for it as her “NO!” must be observed.

I understand our urges to get into her skirt will always be there even if it’s a “NO!” from her… all I can say is there’s no harm in trying and persuading her to consent into having sex with you after her repeated rejections. But her “NO!” must always be acknowledged and addressed without feeling sore.

If you failed to observe this there’s a potential that you might just lose your future, reputable for just one screw. Then you are definitely screwed if you are convicted for it as there will be lot of dudes waiting for you even if after you had said “NO!” to them in detention.

So simply learn to respect her “NO!”s or we’ll end up as the one screaming “NO!” in jail.

Just remember if she gets up in the morning feeling not quite right and wanna report it. We’re screwed.

I will appreciate if additional guidelines, precautions, or counter measures can be share by all you fun loving chaps here just so that our guys here can prowl and be well armed and ready to defend themselves should shit hit the fan big time for them.

Accused rapist tells of controlling 'Tiger' wife

On trial 4 sex with girl, 13, he slams spouse & flatly denies all charges.

THE 45-year-old martial arts instructor accused of hving sex with his teenage student broke down on the stand on Tuesday, while talking abt how his wife had controlled his life for 12 years.

He referred 2 his wife as 'Tiger' in his text messages 2 the alleged victim, & told the court he was allowed 2 visit his mother only 1s a fortnight & needed his wife's permission 2 make unscheduled visits. His wife also did not allow him 2 chat with other women.

The revelations came on the 5th day of his trial 4 statutory rape & sexual exploitation, as he was being cross-examined by the prosecution on the many text messages he had sent to the girl, now 16.

Earlier tat day, he said his wife also limited his time on the computer.

He faces 3 counts of statutory rape & 4 counts of sexual exploitation, allegedly committed between February 2007 & May 2007, when the girl was 13 & in Secondary 1. The accused, the girl & the witnesses were not named, as the court has barred the publication of information tat could lead 2 the identification of the girl, who is now in Secondary 5.

Prosecutors alleged tat the married father of 2, who was then 41, had asked the then 13-year-old 2 be his girlfriend, & later had sex with her in his car.

The girl testified last Friday & on Monday, behind closed doors.

Yesterday, the man took the stand for his defence, flatly denying each charge.

He denied allegations by the prosecution tat he & the girl solemnised their “marriage” @ a temple & called each other lao gong (husband in Mandarin) & lao po (wife), saying the girl started calling him lao gong during online messaging chats with him & other students. It was “a fun thing, but not reality”, he said.

The accused also had an explanation 4 the romantic text messages he sent, found on the girl’s cellphone. These were actually song lyrics he had forwarded 2 her, he said, adding tat she had a broken relationship with her bf, so he recommended these songs 2 her.

He also denied wat a 19-year-old former trainee told the court last Thursday – tat he had told her 2 lie 2 his wife tat there was a training session on.

DPP then took the accused through the text messages he sent the girl in May 2007. Many of them had terms of endearment, but he insisted he did not refer 2 the girl.

The DPP pointed out tat in 1 msg, he told the girl: “I will not neglect u, & will always try my best 2 give the best 2 my lao po.” Who was he referring 2, if not the girl, asked DPP.

The man answered: “I do not know.”

THE wife of a martial arts instructor on trial 4 statutory rape admitted tat she was “strict” with him & insisted tat he was seldom out late @ nite.

He would usually be home by 10pm, she told the High Court yesterday in his defence.

The 45-year-old is accused of hving a sexual relationship with a 13-year-old student on several occasions between February~May 2007.

She was his student in a martial arts club @ her secondary school & some of the alleged offences had taken place @ nite. 2gether with other students, she had also taken lessons fr him @ the void deck of his block.

In court yesterday, as phone text messages betw her husband of 13 years & the victim – sent in 2007 – were read out, the wife heard hw he had referred 2 his spouse as “Tiger” & lamented how she was always grumbling @ him.

The instructor, who had taken the stand on Tuesday, had also said then tat his wife dictated every aspect of his life, even requiring him 2 tell her whom he was meeting when he went out.

The 39-year-old wife admitted: “I’m very strict in the house. I’m very strict 2 my husband & 2 my kids.”

She said she had also chided him 4 chatting with his students online & sending SMSes becos he did tat late @ nite sometimes & she wanted him 2 sleep early.

She added tat when rumours of a relationship with the victim started flying around, she kept even closer tabs on him.

“Frankly speaking, I was veri sad when I heard tis,” she said.

Of the text messages in which he had called the 13-year-old his “lao po” (wife in Chinese), she said he had told her it was a “common thing” 2 do.

In court, she was also asked if she remembered viewing a video of a training session he had conducted.

She claimed the video was filmed on Feb 28, 2007 & uploaded onto YouTube tat day, when the 1st statutory rape offence was said 2 hv taken place.

She backed up her husband’s position, claiming tat he showed her the video aft dinner & did not go out aft tat.

Other evidence, however, had been given earlier tat the video was filmed in December 2006.

The wife was also asked abt another occasion on Feb 20, 2007 – the 3rd day of the CNY.

It was then, the prosecution alleges, tat the man had driven the victim 2 Sembawang Beach where he hugged & kissed her.

After dinner tat night, he was said 2 hv driven her 2 a MSCP near her home where they continued 2 be intimate.

However, the wife claimed tat while the girl had joined the family 4 a shopping trip & dinner @ their home, the 13-year-old had gone home herself.

The trial continues.

Statutory rape carries a jail term of betw 8 & 20 yrs, & @ least 12 strokes of the cane. Sexual exploitation carries a fine of up to $5,000, or up to 2 yrs’ jail, or both, for a 1st-time offender.
