Is tian shang ren jian under renovation? If it is, where do you recommend to go for the same standard of girls? No ktv room but outside the louge with girls approaching

I have no problems when I was stay at yan jing hotel. As for sneaking one in just walk in hand in hand.

For Landmark Hotel, ask the taxi dirver to go to Lian ma he fan dian, East 3rd Ring (dong san huan)
For Banana, ask to go ba na na, Chong An Lu, right next to Sai te Gou wu zhong xin (Shopping Center).

For Passion, go to Chong chen fan dian, also on East 3rd Ring

House is under renovation, so don't bother.

You can consider sitting at the big hall ( da tang) of a good night club such as Sunshine or Dong Huan. Sunshine is at Wanfujing Hotel ( don't get confused with Wangfu Hotel) in Wangfujing. And Dong Huan is on the 3rd floor of Dong Huan Yu Le zhong xi (Dong Huan Entertaiment Center), located right behind the Poly Theater. Poly Thearter had a pretty good da tang with lots of girls to choose from (300-400) but it is under renovation. \

Ha ha!! Ask your tirak to book a room in 3-4 star hotel for u la... they know where is better.. kekeke.. My tirak did this for me while i was there in Jan this year, and she was a better tour/shopping guide lor.... Of course, u must sayang her la.. buy something for her as a thank you gift la...

If u no GF, catch one there lor... Banana is a good choice as there are many chio bus out hunting for a catch ( they may be FLs la!) and a lot of Ducks too... haha... and you can hug a gal on the packed ( and i mean packed!!) dance floor ... if she likes u, carry on lor and u may end up with a ONS or a GF for the next few days!!!

Lan dai is also a good place to go for clubbing.. dunno where it is , but boy is it BIG!! ASk the taxi shifu to bring u la!

Weather now is abt 12 degrees... nice and cool... my new tirak just reported at 7pm.. hee hee... Have FUn!!

my first comments on the forum.

Been to Beijing very often. Normally put up in the Wang Fu Jing area.

For nice place to be in Beijing at night, my favourites are Mix, Vic's and Suzie Wong.

1) Mix, a local spark kind of enviroment. Don't expect any english speaking locals as it's mostly visited by chinese folks. But if you can speak good chinese, it's not difficult to get a ONS. They like the foreign chinese speaking guys.

2) Vic's, Beijing's version of Velvet Underground. Very hip people, lots of foreigners. The crowd can speak english and it's a great place for pickups. No FL or WL. They are just out there to have fun. Juat be cool and you willbe able to make some friends there, and who knows? You may be lucky.

3) Suzie Wong, a nice setting for the working Yuppies. Been there a few times and never disappointed with the choices. great for ONS. especially if they know you are from out of town, the gentlemen style of Singaporean men suit the environment.

I've have been so far lucky in these 3 hunting grounds, no payment and lots of fun. Even stayed over at 1 of the gal's place for about a month while in Beijing.

Anyone out there have anything to share on the 3 mentioned watering holes??

Mix & Vic's are located in the same area across each other, Gong Ti Bei Man (People's Stadium North Entrance). Ask a cab driver and they'll surely be able to bring you there. Try Mix first, it's a local crowd. Vic's is my place, very cosmos.

As for Suzie Wong, it's located at the west of Chao Yang Gong Yuan (Chao Yang Park). Many eateries n small pubs along the stretch. One of the nicer ambience that you can find in Beijing.

Am staying at either Crowne Plaza, Park View Hotel or Beijing Continential Grand Hotel near the Beijing International Convention Centre.

Any suggestion to where to go for some night action?

Do these hotels have any exciting bars, clubs or discos with WLs?

I just came back from Beijing and was staying at Continental Grand Hotel. Didn't recce the hotel itself cos came back late every night, didn't see anything happening at walking distance but saw Japs with pretty chinese walked into the lift couple of times. They probably got them from clubs.

Its easy to get around from this hotel, taxi to Wangfujing cost between 17- 28yuan (15 - 25mins) depending on time of day and rates of cab. Jiupajie (bar street) will cost about 30yuan (20-35mins). Just to give you an idea the sense of distance.

If you don't know where to go for girls when you are there, just hop into a cab and check with the Taxi driver.
And if you have more budget, walk out to the main road of the hotel and get one of those "Hyundai Sonata Black Cab" cos they are more exposed to POSH clubs than those road side Taxis. A normal taxi will probably bring you to places the locals go which is cheap but might not up to your standard. As for the "Hyundai Sonata Black Cab" at the main road, just be careful some were "Black Cabs" that are out to eat you up once you step into their cab.
My advise is check out everything you need from this website before you go.
