Re: Batam Info Thread
Does Singapore have a military base in Batam?
I have seen an increased number of young men roaming the streets of Batam and were told these are soldiers from Singapore on attachment to Batam having their R&R. Last week I saw a Singapore patrol boat anchored next to a TNI ship in a Batam jetty with armed uniform men on both ships. Just curious to know what is happening? |

What's the average age? I am afraid it's a place for MILF, not for SYT Am I wrong? I am never worried in Batam. People is always very friendly with me. |

Re: Batam Info Thread
FR on 17/2/2013
1) Took Prima ferry ($48). The ferry can be booked via prima ferry website without paying first (Advantage). 2) Went to harborbay mall (3 minutes walk from ferry terminal). 5% of the shops are operating. The other 95% has closed down. There is a 100k massage on the 2nd floor (don't know whether clean or not). 3) Took cab (40k) to Nagoya. Cannot find any MP there. So walked all the way to DC mall. 4) DC mall has nothing there too. 5) Outside of DC mall, there is a row of MP (Around 8). All got photo other than Tulip real person. Another one is a fish tank (ST??) 6) Ate seafood at a shop 3 rows away from Nagoya Hills. Expensive (320k). Not worth it. 7) Next to the custom there are few nice seafood joints. Coke at 8k. You can estimate the cost. 8) Massage usually cost 50k for standard room and 80k for VIP room. On a sunday, my friend ask HJ for 100k and FJ for 300k. He took FJ. 9) I feel KFC farm are not so good. The girls quality are very low. The massage Tulip girls charge 500k for overnight and they are really SYT. In conclusion, he spent about S$160 on this trip. It is not very worth it considering you can go JB for better class service at cheaper rate. If you are there to explore, then still okay. But if you there for a 1-day fuck, Batam may not be for you. |

Re: Batam Info Thread
1) I was thinking about harborbay mall. I knew it opened 3 years ago.
My sense is that it was a bad business decision to open this mall. Although next to the terminal, people do not shop there as it is expensive. And I guess less than 1000 people go past the terminal every day. If 10% of them shop at Harborbay mall and each spend S$10, the revenue for the shopping center will be $1000 which is not enough to support anything. Near HBM, there is a lot of closed shop houses. I think that these shops also cannot tahan and close down. 2) There seems to be less ah pek cheonging batam then 10 years ago. The whole street outside DC mall (where tulip is located) is quite empty. |

DC mall is quite quiet also, due to many malls opening. The area you go to is a new area wth a lot of massage and food. the pick up joints there are Permata Indah, and Massage 82.

Only 2 rows of old shop houses. You mean those in Tulip can be nego to 150/200k? We took specially to Altalanta to see. Look grand in the reception. 300+k for normal massage. Btw, in harborbay mall 2nd floor massage, is there special service? Their massage is only 80k per hour The clothes in batam is not cheap. 400k for a simple jacket. 80k for ugly looking t-shirt. It all depend where you shop. Imported items/things sold in mall are generally not cheap. Jodah Top100 got cheaper things as they cater to the local market people. Speicals are generally cheaper in shop houses than those in Hotels, becos they know you are foriegner, they tend to chop robert. Hope this helps.
