Long term pass is a social visit pass usually spouse sponsor...still need work permit to work...

work pass has chg to Letter Of Consent from MOM nw...LTVP holders who join a new Co,employer wil re-apply for another LOC with the previous surrendered by the ex-boss...recently,big flux of LTVP applicants @ ICA, both new & existing LTVP work pass holders.

Not true bro

Even existing Loc going for renewal now getting rejected or subject to 2 month+ vetting.

Flood of applicant don't mean approval.

In fact, PR applicants - family of citizen or PR, now told to apply long term now.

And when asked , ICA or MPS staff say, you intention to stay Singapore or work in Singapore ? If stay in Singapore Long term pass good enough what

That also see the crowd for long term being so high

hi can someone here advice me on my case, me and my wife have just been married,she is from china and currently holding a special pass, can she come to singapore in the future?

Read a few posts. Quite worry that my gf wont be able to get in. She is from thai and she will be coming in tomorrow for 20days for her 2nd trip to sg with the span of 1 month 4 days, her last trip to sg was last month and was on 14 days visit. First time came in no issue, just asked her is it her first visit to sg and that's it. And thru her whole life this is her 2nd time coming to sg and both is to visit me

cross ur finger,its very subjective,its the decision of the immigration officer clearing her entry.

you can send a letter of invitation and ask her to give to ICA when she arrives here.

Include your IC, Phone no etc.

I think there is a format in ICA website.

or is my post too late ???

depends on the case, why is she on special pass? did she commit any crime
or break any laws?

unlimited Special Pass is given if a person is part of a crime, or witness to crime (make no difference as ICA will still kick the person out when case winds up .. )

hi bro, because MOM when to the company and check and they found out that she actually not working under the company,and work at other place this is why she get a special pass from MOM..so i would like all bro to give me advice if my wife is send back once her case is over can she still come to singapore? btw the i.o told me that maybe she will get charge in court for false declareation.

Your wife is from PRC rite? Get her to join the Lightning Party in your neighbourhood and become a grassroots volunteer. And highlight that fact to the MOM. She will still be charge for her offence but will only be fined and no jail term or repatriation. She will not be alone in the grassroots as there is a PRC network within the organisation itself to help their own countrymen. And advisor to this PRC network is none other than Mini-Star Zorro. Past advisors include a former PM.

This PRC network has quite powerful connections. As far as I know..... of all the cases similar to your wife situation where they support the offender.... none of them has ever kenna jail or sent back. And the highest fine was only $4K to one PRC woman for false declaration and using forged documents. Most of the other offenders got lower fines ranging between $800 - $2K.

Hi bro i would like to know if the case is over, whether she is being charge in court a not can she still come back to singapore? Tks bro for the advice that u given me. This thing have been in my mind for long time, well sometime i also dunno who to speak to about the situation.
