Like to ask if a ger was previously caught for FL and deported, does that means she will not be able to enter sg permanently? Or the database in ICA will auto refresh after a certain time.

One record forever record. ... even if ban is lifted, the record will still be there. It will be kept as a recorded for good and for bad.

And I know a girl caught once, on Special pass, then sent home

5 year later she marry a foreigner, moved to SG, and all fine.

Husband apply PR and wife rejected, no reason.

Husband must be one of those rich FTs so coveted by the Singkie government that they are willing to close one eye in this case.

They have to close both eyes to give her PR.
Now she is at least allowed to enter Singapore because they close one eye.
If they had gone by the book and open both eyes she would have been denied entry and turned away at the entry point.

Some stay for more then 1 year

That is not white card but special pass.

Validity till case conclude ... then deport .. from what I know

How about LTVP for the wife? Also not approve? Meaning she can only come in via normal social visit pass?

Long term pass is not hard, but cannot work on Long term !

I think she revert to LTVP
