The Pinays get warmer only as you spend more.
I was just at a pub in town.
End up spending close to $300 before she offered to do anything
Also you need to find dark pubs as management in pubs are also stricter.

Last weekend I decided to spend some quality alone time by checking out the pinay pubs scene. Been out of action for a while so only knew about BQ and TP areas.
Started with TP and i could find only 6-7 pinay pubs still operating there. The place has classed up with regular party joints, wine parlours and such.
Peeped into 3 pubs and they were relatively crowded. The tables were mostly occupied by groups, so mostly guys coming to drink and chat and probably just enjoy the company of the pinays. Not my scene so I looked in and got out immediately.

Unfortunately in one of the remaining pubs, no sooner had i put my foot in the door, than one guy come running over with a displeased look on his face and asked what i wanted to drink. I should have got out because the pub was well lit and was whitewashed to make it even more brighter.But i didn't want to seem overawed by the guy, my ego got the better of me, so i sat down an ordered a beer. Thankfully one of the pinays came over with my drink. Long story short, as expected no hanky panky, just sit and talk. The only contact was when I put my hands on her arm a few times as i leaned in to talk closer to her. Anyway she was not at all pushy about the drinks, and only asked by the time i had downed more than half of my mug. Verdict - No repeat visits.

I had checked out two other pubs in the area, and they were relatively better in terms of physical contact with the girls and slightly darker surroundings. But they were comparatively crowded such that you had blokes sitting at the table right next to you. Pretty awkward to have much action next to a stranger.

The good thing about TP is the cost. Mugs of beer from $8 - $10. LD's start at $30. So for 38 bucks you can make a decision quickly whether its worth spending any more.

Next stop was BQ area. Now the pubs here are slightly better in terms of action. Plenty of fondling and petting and over the clothes rubbing. However the drinks were too pricey. Standard mug of beer at $10 while a bottle of tiger cost $15. LDs were the killer though.
At the start of circular road ( from South bridge road) the LDs cost $50. As you go down the road the price of LDs start increasing. Next is $55. Then $60 till finally $70 as you reach the end of the street.
A nigh out on the town hitting 3 pubs and entertaining 3 girls will set you back a cool $160-$170. Thats a lot of dough to spend on just 1 night and just 3 girls. Verdict - Good for rich bankers working in the area, but not for regular folks looking for some fun inside the pub.

So it looks like the pinay scene is slowly dying off in SG. Not many choices and ridiculous prices for LDs. Unfortunately punters like me have to put up with it as there are other limited avenues for those who are pinay lovers.

Went to Sassy bar along south bridge road level 2. Hadnt been there for ages. Surprised that it is still around. New batch of girls are not bad. Not too pushy with their drinks, enjoyed the pool but their karaoke could be better. Im not really into the hanky panky stuff in pubs, just wanna enjoy the drinks, music, gals and pool really. Well below is the damage for that night

Stolichnaya $120 (free tonic mixers and sliced lemons)
Jug of beer $20 (yes i got it at $20 that night, i was damn surprised. But maybe becoz i already got the bottle and the beer is free, never really asked.)

Ladies Drinks for 2 girls $30 each.

people there are quite friendly no trouble type. Made a few new friends and went to hop to another bar at 3am after Sassy bar was closed. Not too bad, he treated a bottle of Black Label. I guess, just my lucky night.

Sure to check that sassy bar place again since i still have half a bottle of vodka left :P.
