spurs won 1-nil against everton.
spurs now 5th, & only 3 pts behind The Reds.
everton is 6th, & only 5 pts behind The Reds.
manu is 7th, & only 9 pts behind The Reds.
with 13 games 2 played 4, anything is still possible.

We are a cup side this season. We play, on average, one game per week. Hard to get burnt out too.

I worry for the REDS as BR has to resort to using kids again for the remaining games due to the injuries..... 4 newbies from the Academy has been drafted to join the main squad and likely to see some action soon. They are Joao Teixeira, Brad Smith, Jack Dunn & Stephen Sama...... Teixeira could even be making his senior debut in the Fulham game.

Bo bian. For seasons we hv been talking abt depth, depth, depth (or rather the lack off) in Liverpool. We do not hv owners like the Russians or the Sheikhs who are willing to splurge on new signings. No one need to remind the owners that we are living on a very thin squad, heavily reliant on SaS. In a way we are 'lucky' (touch wood!), our players took turns to rotate in the treatment room. With only a third of the season to go, it would be a marvelous feat if our thin squad could guide us to finish Top 4!

We are lucky we don't have European games this season. Got more time for players to recover between games. If they are good enough, they are old enough to play for us. Coutinho, Sterling and Flanagan are all quite young. I think under 21 years old but they play as well as any older player in the league.

As for the names you had mentioned, it's ok if they are squad players who come on for the last 15 minutes of the game. If we are starting the games with them, I will be worried as well. Ibe played in the last match. I think he is 17? Next season, our squad will have even more youngsters with Suso, Borini, Wisdom, Robinson all back.

I follow the other team that the FSG owned...that is the baseball team Boston Red Sox even before they bought Liverpool...

Boston Red Sox won the World Series 2013 after a tumultuous years in 2011 to 2013...the team with huge big name Stars...blew a 12 game lead for playoff in 2011 season and the manager who won 2 world series with the team back in 2004 and 2007 had to resign...then in 2012 season after worst start and knowing they will not make playoff...the owner sold 3 big Star Players to LA Dodgers...these were big news in Baseball news...

But in 2013 with new manager John Farrel and lesser know stars the Boston Red Sox played good consistent baseball and top the division from beginning to end with best record in American League...and went on to win the World Series...once again, this is a huge turn-around...

morale of story...you need good manager and good players dedicated to play for the team...and not individual star players...

Liverpool is a team in rebuilding...the coaches and players need to believe in themselves and play as a team...never say die attitude is the spirit and they should not be individual big star player....they should win and lose as a team...all successful team came from this...look at Bayern Munich...they took several years to re-built and finally last year won all the trophies...^^

with the way that Liverpool playing now...they can beat any team...only if they play as a team and believe in themselves...I really applaud LS for being the provider in the last thrashing of arsenal game...he is a team player now...hopefully DS will be provider too...^^

Think BR is doing a great Job at Anfield.
Look at our squad vs the Top 3 ....
We maybe thin in depth but we do have belief that we will qualify for the UCL.
In BR, we trust ....

Well..... I hope his personal life problems do not overcome him and affect his responsibilities to the team. For all his talent and great job done for Liverpool could go to waste if he continues to let his small head control his big head.

Apparently he has been having an affair with Liverpool's travel co-ordinator, a 31 yr old single mother since November last year. She has been asked to leave Liverpool since the affair came to light and is now jobless. Brendan Rodgers has also been kicked out of his rented mansion by Mrs Rodgers and their son Anton. He has moved into a condo and invited Miss Hinds to live with him there. Ms Hinds used to drive a mini but she was recently seen driving a Porsche supposedly a gift to her from Brendan.

Let's hope this affair of his won't affect Liverpool's performance.
