whether they inform you or not, doctors are legally required to notify mOM or loose their license

Alternate is go with the maid, and tell the doctor not to notify, in exchange to repatriate, which mean doctor will not sign the form.

If the pregnancy is too far in, no chance to abort.

If you are screwing you maid regularly, take her to a doctor for a jab (3monthly) to prevent unwanted pregnancy. Better to be safe then sorry. The jab is cheap, only RM50 in Malaysia.

Get this correct - Doctor doing abortion will not nofity MOM - the doctor doing the MOM / Work pass medical is legally required to notify MOM/Fax a copy of the Medical ... some people say the doctors are not so strict, but when it come to their license being revoked - not sure ..

When go for abortion, the doctor don't care, as long as girl is above 18, and you have 900$ to 3000$ depending upon where you abort, and how old the fetus is ..

my friend's wife work in one of those clinic near aljunied mrt. I understand some of those stories from him... the clinic is required to take down the particulars of the patient, but they will still continue to perform the operation. the details will be forwarded tgo MOH, on a "weekly reporting format". from what i understand, it is not illegal for the clinic to perform the operations.
