I particularly like the deco and spacious room.

Can any regular advise on the PRCs quality? Hope it has improved.

went there last week, appear business not so good, heard they may close this outlet soon due to redevelopment? any bros got such info?

I heard about it months ago too. I heard they have the intention to re-locate DC and Grand DC (at east coast) to a new place. If these 2 KTVs merged (though under same brand - Dynasty), it might be a good idea.

But, I hope they can keep the price competitive.

I think Peace centre is slated for redevelopment just like the old Seligie house opposite which had been torn down and rebuilding now. They will find better value on this prime land for mixed development.

some of the shops/office already move out once lease is expired
