My favourite strategy upon driver attempting to bring me sightseeing, but seldom happens because I always speak Vietnamese to them:

Me: de anh xuong day. ("Let me alight here")
Driver: da, chua toi ma anh... ("Haven't reach what...")
Me: anh di vong vong chac chang la chua toi ma. de anh xuong day. ("You go around and around of course haven't reach what. Let me alight here")
Driver (LPPL): *quiet*

My self had experience accident too in Saigon, i suffered a fractured elbow went to FV hospital for treatment and was in cast for 1.5 month

Be extra careful on the roads, there are lots of crazy people out there. Saigon is over populated city, its a tough place to lived not for any tom dick harry

No...1 million vnd for overnight is cheap...usually needs 100 sgd or usd...

Yes, Saigon is over populated and congested. When turning from a small lane to the main road. They just turn without watching for the on coming traffic. It's their habit. We just have to be extra careful when walking or crossing the road. Accidents are everywhere in saigon. Luckily, due to the congestion, not many of them are serious.

Last week got few friends came from Jakarta, bring them to catwalk because they want highclass and look for chinese speaking....
The girl offer 100USD for 1 shoot, 200USD for overnight!

Definitely better because different class...catwalk has mummy to arrange and can complain if service poor...
