Able to choose if you know the girl's number else captain will arrange for you based on your preferences. However you do need to let the captain know what type of girl u like. They normally will do their best to entertain unless the crowd is overwhelming.

Personally I find the place super crowded at start of month and quieter at month end. Maybe got to do with payday. :P
