if so, then person under intoxication, are incapable of valid consent is considered rape (as per article. Not me)

also I think i read somewhere previously that if during foreplay, and just before u enter her, she says no, and u ignore, and enter, is considered rape. even between husband and wife.

My advice to ons is don do it yr car or hm，either do at her place or peferly at a hotel which in some way it show consent when both parties check in.but do note the other parties must be sober enuf to walk her way to the room as it all rec in the hotel CCTV which also show the opp party is sober at tat point to make decision and it send a strong signal when checking in the hotel with u of moving the rs to the next level.

2 key point in any rape case is whether sex has occur and if it was under consent. As long one of the point can be remove, rape cannot be justified. Jus my 2 cent worth.
