hi, please enlighten me on these issues here.

1) Is it an offence if, I touch my gf's body, with her consent n desire, but of whom is underaged (below 14? i'm 21.. the large age gap worries me. But then again. we have human rights right?) -- no sexual acts such as finger or bj are commited. Just carassing and masturbating.

2) I read the pages and understood that if some one widnessed it and felt offended by the act and called the cops, it would be considered an offence.

Hi, this thread seems dead, wondering if anyone can help me with a few queries...

1. What is the difference between rape and underage sex?
Is it that rape is below 16, and underage sex is below 18? Is it legal to have intercourse with girl below 18, with her consent?

2. If my FB is 17, and she wants me, 21, to book a hotel, for sexual activities, is it against the law? To book a hotel room and have intercourse with a 17 year old girl?

If anyone can help resolve my questions, I'll be very much grateful!

In the 90s, a drunken girl had consensual sex with a man in UK. Later she charges him with rape, claiming her judgement was impaired because of alcohol. The judge ruled that consent is still consent, even though it is drunken consent.

Hi Bros,

A Friend of mine has asked me for some cash and after pestering him for the reason, I was given the following:

A FL accepts money for sex, finds the condom broken after the deed and later claims she got pregnant.

Are you liable?

Can she come after him for money and such under the women's charter?

Hi dickduckfuck. Oral sex and anal sex with women only has been legalised under Singapore Laws for some years already. Anal sex between men is still a punishable offence. Didn't you know?

vanram. I think that FL girl is lying and she is trying to extort money from your friend. Extortion is a criminal offence. Ask him to keep evidence from her like SMSs.

can seek ur advise on the following quesions,

1. What is the legal age for having sex with girls? 16 or 18? Have heard some said is 16, but some mentioned is 18, so got abit confuse.

2. Having intimate action (e.g. only petting, bj or bbbj, NO sex) with girls below the legal age, is considered also illegal?
