Well there's no public information on it, and I don't think anyone with insider knowledge would be here, and would reveal. I think that it will only reopen in Phase 3 earliest. Be prepared also for it to be opened only when vaccination has been implemented. In the mean time can take console in the fact that you're saving up on it.. when it re-opens, can splurge a bit if you wish.
