Don't know of any promotions atm, but from experience, 4D3N on Cathay Pacific or United Airlines, w/3-star hotels in Tsim Sha Tsui, during July period could be ard S$450 (3D2N base) + 90 (extra night) + 100 (airport/fuel tax, variable from $50-110++), barring any peak season surcharge, and based on twin sharing.

Sometimes there are promotions like 3D2N free one night, so can deduct the extra night charge.

This price is for earliest flight out and latest flight back to SG. And these 2 airlines fly to HK everyday, at least 4 timings.

It will be cheaper to fly with China Airlines, Jetstar, Garuda and such, but they might not have everyday flight, and boarding times might be awkward. Probably cut from base cost ard $30-60.

If u go for cheaper or out of the tourist belt area hotels, it will be cheaper too. Heard from a fren that if staying in Hong Kong Rambler Oasis Hotel in Tsingyi, 3D2N on UA costs ard slightly more than S$300++ for base costs.

Disclaimer: all pricing based on personal experience, for more exact and up-to-date pricing, kindly refer to the tour agencies and respective airlines.

If you are going at least with 2 ppl, can take UA else just take Jetstar. you can opt to stay at the guest house which cost around $20/night. you may consider COSMIC guest house. If you want to stay in the hotel, you may consider service apartment located at CWB(pls contact bro hplanet).
