PRC dun need visa to visit Singapore if stay up to 30 days...provided the person had not stayed within legal limit..

seems like many sporeans are getting married to foreign spouses...just had a son mixture of singapore n filipino in jan. i put his race as chinese. lolxxx was thinking to put singapino.

Sorry Bro, but PRC nationals do need a visa and a return ticket to enter Singapore.

The visa grants them entry but not stay.
Without a valid visa or pass, they will be deported immediately at singapore customs point of entry.
Customs at point of entry will determine how long they can stay, normally they are given 30 days.
But there are also examples of which stay was not granted and were told to leave direct from point of entry, eg airport.

Hi does any bro here know whether my Thai wife as a ltvp+ can start a business like selling Thai food in hawker center or at coffee shop ? Thks in advance for advice

Nope...... she need to get her PR first.
Of course she can do it on the quiet but why take the risk?

not so bro, LTVP + allowed to work, just need to get letter of approval from MOM .. not done for anybody I know .. but .. more info at ICA Site ..

LTVP+ holders will be eligible for a longer period of residency in Singapore. LTVP+ holders will enjoy healthcare subsidies for inpatient services at restructured hospitals, which will currently be set at a level close to that for Permanent Residents. Haha singapino. My friend's wife also philipine got baby. The PR approve v fast 1 in just 2 months. Can apply for your wifey.

Start business need to register with ACRA for license....... depending on what type of business will have different types of requirements. Some types of business only Citizens / PRs allowed to do while some others are open to foreigners.

Hawker licenses are issued to Singaporeans only (but there are 1001 ways to get around this requirement so that's why you see so many foreigner hawkers nowadays)
