Frankly speaking, for the horse racing, and some other bola and rolettue( sorry for the spelling), they can be FIXED.

Meaning that they are preprogramed.

Here is some tips I heard from my friends

BOLA = The balls have weights in them, so certain "sets" of ball will always have certain numbers coming out more often.

MICKEY MOUSE( local name for the poker machines) - The software has been programed to come out how many times of certain card. That goes the same for the jackpots as well

Horse racing- You notice that there are many seats? I heard that the machine is programed to make the least bets horse cross the line first. Making the wins least. So that the pay out is not that much

Rolettue- The machine version also the same, preprogrammed to let the balls to fall into "certain" sectors. One friend even suggest that there is air blowing from the most pressed numbers.

Dices- The dices are covered and after the bets are placed, there are magnets in the dice that will movedice using remote controls.

Cards- You believe that the cards have all Ace to Kings uniformly? 52 cards? In casinos, the cards are all placed and not checked.( at least in the batam casinos, I seen it). Lets say there are less of certain cards and more of certain cards? How you know?

Above are related by friends. Those who have been in casinos for a long time. Of course, I am not saying that they are doing such things, but you never know. End of the day, some people win, some lose. And the fact is that the losers are more than winners. If not all casinos have to close.
