No matter which way we look at this, he's had it.

The gal said no and called her mom and he snatched the phone away and switched it off.

He said something like "let's fuck and then you can go home." That was a demand, not persuasion.

The gal hysterically ran off and stopped the sweeper's bike and made her getaway from hell on a sidecar. Ahem...What could be more dramatic than that ? Wow! This is definitely a hot topic. My Frens & I just had major arguement over this at a pub and almost ended up fighting (not me, Them).

Frankly, there is 2 groups here, minority (20%) thinks the chap is innocent and (80&) thinks he is asking for it. Honestly, no matter what the odds are he it going down. (Singapore Women Act protects Women first).. not fair, but accept it. ( no offence to the ladies reading this)

On the other hand, I support the majority group (80%). Firstly, the chap had the intention of having sex with the gal, whether or not is seduce. Even censual sex cannot turn ugly (only two of u know).

Secondly, any crying girl (drunk or no drunk) tell you she wants to go back and you still want to do her????!!! That is a big error. I had a PRC whom I paid for her trip to Shanghai for hoilday for 4 nights. i dare not touch her even she sleeps beside me. Cos she cried, she did not even say no. She just cried, (and alot of other unhappy relationships). As a man you ask yourself you can take advantage of a crying gal, drunk or no drunk? Based on papers report, i kept an open mind, maybe a mistake the accuser did was, he did not send her home after incident. He is driving, not a gentleman to let a girl return home in the early am.

Typical of man in this country, after eating don't want to clean up the mess, very pamper by parents. What is the use of having a VROM car, just for showing off?

If he somehow drive her home, it give the impression of they were friends out for a good time. I think he don't bother because he was lazy, and they just met. Somehow this case give me the feeling, both knew each other. Maybe former ex part time colleague, classmates, ex NS bubby ex GF.
