Here's the Chinese name:

君临洗谷

It's on 西浦路 , near to the 仙岳 elevated highway. You have to walk down Xipu lu from xianyue, and it is on your left at the first T intersection. Turn left and walk about 20-30 meters. on you left.

If you go to google maps and find the Best Western Central Hotel, Xiamen, scroll to the right to Xipu road and it is actually listed on google maps!!

I dunno - I used a tout service once before in Xiamen. Not too pleased. They quote you all different rates for normal girls, students or models. My girl that showed up was a 6, small tits.
