At the cross road interaction between Jing Zhou street and Lin Sen Bei road, you just look along Jing Zhou Street, should be able to see the sign board of Empire.

When you look along the Lin Sen Bei Road, you will see many other KTVs signage!

Lin Sen Bei Lu is filled with KTVs and some small wine house in the alleys (Around Mos Burger). I see some lao chios and some SYTs walking out when i passed by at about 2-3a.m. Walking up and down the whole stretch. There is this small building before a basketball court which I had wanted to venture in. There are usually a few young ladies standing inside the lobby and it seems kind of "funny". Anyone tried it out before??

From my experience getting Taiwan call girls (in Taipei), it was disappointing and expensive. The girl, although quite cute, cost something like NT$7500 and was clearly not educated at all, those 乡下 type that are not from Taipei.

Worst of all, her armpit hair was not shaved. And took damn long to arrive in the hotel.
