Bro, China is too big and it really depends of what are you looking for to determine "the best spot".

To many here, DongGuan City is the most familar place as many factories are situated because of it is near to Hong Kong. (Approx 2 hours by car). Some KTVs have as many as 1000 PRs. Standard expenses are RMB200 (just to accompany you for singing), RMB500 (Singing +1shot) and RMB800 (Singing + All night long of sex). There are places that provide "MODELS" and "LiREN" (Ladies with bigger brest normally) with a higher non-standard prices.

If you are interested, maybe you can refer to the thread of Chang Ping or Chang An. I visited places like Tang Xia and ZhangMuTou too. All these are in Dong Guan city, Guang Dong Province.
