Spoke with my reg. She said Sukhumvit is a ghost town...Nana and SC closed, bar beers all closed, Terminal 21 open but nary a soul in sight. Seems a agg gal in Mandarin kenah Covid and that triggered the entire Nana closure.

She said the closures were making her broke tho to her credit she didn't ask me for money

saw it online 205 baht

The price is about that for per Lic,between 100-200 per lic, i didnt take it in heart so didnt remember. if you have bike lic and want to convert, it will be a seperate one and means you will have 2 lic n pay double..
opening bank, we have talked about it before, maybe you can go back the pages again for reference..
Dont need house book at all for anything for a newly foreigner staying in Thai.Unless you are a PR.

as per today, all entertainments for adults and children are all close till 12th April..
For those couple who just got together and honeymoon period or came over to visit their teerak..
Happy home staying and make more love..try more pattern n etc..
no curfew, no restriction but the closing of many shops are enough to make you no choice to stay at home...
no need to panic buy...i really dont understand the brain made in thailand..
Imagine you go panic buy in a country who are doing food and fruits exporting...

In event of 大灾难 in Thailand till you (Singaporean) and your family (Thai wife/kids) need to run road back to Singapore? It be a good idea to ensure they have all the necessary visa/pass first on standby.

seriously i dont see the need to run back to singapore..
just stay put, stay at home, social distancing till the problem cease down..
in anyway, if we as foreigners has all the proper doc n medical insurance, we are all good to still stay in Thailand.
Private hospital in Thailand still much better than hospitals in SG and even need to top up cash, the cost still a fraction of what we will be paying in SG.

an export country lockdown vs an importing country lockdown..
Of cos i would want to stay in a exporting country..
Dont need to worry about food and daily use stuffs...Those panic buyers in exporting country are those with water in brains..

Also this crisis should teach them the importance of self sufficent farming..
for those have land and just grow one cash crops, are those waiting to die during crisis..
advice to those guys who have thai wife here...save some money, buy some land in some provinces. do the self sufficent farming..you will not regret it..

In peace time, extra crops n poultry n fishes can be sold in the local markets..can have some single small hut rented out for farm stay too during peace time for extra income..
things to note, not forget use mostly solar panels for electricity. the surplus electricity still can sell back to the gov for another form of extra income..
water can use underground water.
you will be totally or at least 95% self independence ..

First u need to have money and no need to work, then u move to Thailand to stay or early retirement.....then u have all the time and money to slowly look for your potential Thai wife & spend time/money to sian her.

Many Thai girls still are looking for foreigner man
Some even allow you to have more than 1 wife..they are willing to be the 2nd or 3rd..
All depends on how you tackle n handle the situation n brainwash them...all 3-4 wifes become good sisters..
every day you want 1vs1 or 1vs2 or 1vs4. all up to you...but remember, treat all must be fair...
