Not so sure about this massage but the massage in Balai is not bad - meaning that it can be better. It depends on which girl you get. Not all older ML are good and not all younger ML are bad.

However, if compare with the Lavender chain of massage parlors in KL, you will notice that the girls in Balai are not so professionally trained. But then the Lavender girls are trained and tested before they can start work.

Still for the price and optional ST, Balai is still my choice for massage.

Villa & Ruko does not offer massage. You got to go to Jalan Pramuka that's where most of the Massage Parlors are located. It's the same road as Shangrila Hotel.
